Founded in Laayoune under the leadership of Mr. Farouk Sami, the Sahara Humanitarian Collective is an independent non-governmental organisation (NGO) established in full compliance with Moroccan Association Law (Dahir No. 1-58-376 of November 15, 1958). Officially registered under RNA: MA-8588520, the organization operates on a strictly non-profit, non-political basis.
Nomadic populations in the Sahara face extreme climate conditions and acute water scarcity. Our primary objective is to supply sustainable, autonomous infrastructure: solar water wells, mobile health clinics, and emergency relief supplies while respecting local nomadic heritage and dignity.
